What will my calls cost?

When you connect your own providers, they bill your model, speech and carrier usage at their rates. Phone-number rental and other provider charges may also apply. Winter does not advertise a universal per-minute price or standard paid subscription plan on this page.

Can I use my own provider accounts?

Yes. Create a workspace and configure your speech and language-model providers for browser calls. Add a supported telephony provider and a phone number when you are ready to test telephone calls.

Does signing up include a hosted trial?

The hosted Winter trial is invitation-only. Approved workspaces can make browser voice tests with a fixed setup, without a card or a charge. Settings show the remaining time, attempts and call limits. Phone calls, text tests, simulations and searchable knowledge require your own providers.

Can I buy numbers or pay Winter for managed calling?

Managed number purchases and payment options are available only when enabled for your workspace. The workspace shows any available price and terms before a purchase. An account or trial invitation does not guarantee access to these options.

Is the walkthrough a live demo call?

The walkthrough is an interactive sample transcript. To test your own agent, sign in, configure providers or an eligible trial, and start a browser call from the agent editor.
